About this role: Our Onsite Marketing District Manager supports community marketing efforts. This position is responsible for community outreach, partnerships, promoting company brands, and its patient experience throughout the local community. Traveling is required within your assigned offices (6-8 offices). District manager needs strong leadership and communications skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop effective messaging/best practices for Community Outreach
  • Help recruit, interview, and hire Community Outreach
  • Set and communicate performance goals for each community outreach team within their district.
  • Lead daily team huddle meetings to report/assess progress toward performance goals, identify needs for additional protection or support, motivate the team, and promote company culture
  • Create and maintain solid customer relationships with all partnerships, community members, practice teams, and marketing support.
  • Other job duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 year + Management experience
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Requires a smartphone
