What You’ll Do

As a PRN RDA, your impact will be felt each time you:

Welcome and prepare patients with warmth and professionalism
Assist during a variety of dental procedures with confidence and care
Take accurate digital X-rays
Maintain a clean and sterile clinical environment
Provide clear patient education and post-care instructions
Perform polishing and sealant placement (if certified)
Support appointment flow and documentation
Help create a memorable, positive patient experience

What We’re Looking For

Current Registered Dental Assistant License (Texas)
Certifications in Sealant Placement, Nitrous Monitoring, and Coronal Polishing (or willingness to train)
Comfortable with digital charting and X-rays
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
